Help establishes fundraising and development goals, identifies potential donors or sources of funding, and plans outreach strategies. Schedules and forecasts planning for special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community.

Work with the Marketing Director to build our organization’s identity and spread its message through fundraising letters, proposals, social media, donor thank you’s, event invitations, strategic plans and more.

Work with the Partnership Director to maintain a database of sponsor prospects with contact information and contact history as well as secured sponsors. Develops and prepares sponsorship materials including contracts, proposals, presentations, reports, sponsor experience surveys and manages sponsor participation at events.

Work with the Community Outreach Director to increase engagement, outreach actions and activities with community and faith-based member organizations, allies, and partner organizations. Work with the board of directors to develop a plan to expand and more effectively engage our participants, campaigns and program offerings.
